# Send your first invoice

Bill a customer for finished work.

## 1. Open Customers

Choose **Customers** to see who you bill.

## 2. Start a new invoice

Choose **New invoice**.

## 3. Add a line item

Choose **Add line item** for each piece of work.

## 4. Send the invoice

Choose **Send invoice**.
